Major General Shyam Shrivastava brings over three decades of exemplary service in the Indian Army, having commanded formations across some of India's most strategically critical sectors. From the high-altitude terrain of Ladakh to counter-insurgency operations in the Northeast, his career is a masterclass in leadership under pressure.

As a decorated General Officer, he has been responsible for training and mentoring thousands of young officers during his tenure at premier military training establishments. He held key staff appointments at the Army Headquarters and has extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, and military intelligence.

At Scope Defence Academy, Gen Shrivastava oversees the entire training curriculum and personally mentors officer-aspirants. His philosophy is simple: "A good officer is built in the classroom before he is tested in the field." Under his guidance, our students don't just clear exams — they develop the mindset of a commander.

Served in the Indian Navy from 1971 to 2008. Commissioned in 1974. Professionally a Gunner. Instructor in Naval Academy. During this period served on number of ships including aircraft carrier INS Vikrant. Taken part in ops PAWAN and Served in Sri Lanka for 2 yrs as Second in Command and Commanding officer. Staff officer to CINC South. Served in SSB Bhopal 1985-87, 1990-95, 2006-08. Raised SSB at Coimbatore and headed the same from 2001 to 2006. Toured several countries USA, Canada, Iran, Iraq, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Maldives, Africa, Kuwait. Awarded CNS Commendation. Director Recruiting at Jabalpur. Dy. Dir. Adm in MP NCC Directorate, Bhopal. Presently a member of the Nishaam Coaching Team since 2018.

Served in the IAF for close to 23 years from J&K to other parts of India. Served in various capacities like Commanding Officer of a unit to Instructor at Air Force Academy. He also did a short foreign assignment for the IAF’s requirement. He received commendation from the Chief of Air Staff for his outstanding service during a cyclone which struck Jamnagar in Jun 1998. After retirement he started a charitable service with an aim to motivate the rural youth to join our Armed Forces and to provide the basic but the most essential information about various entrance exams of the Armed Forces. For this, he visited scores of villages of central MP to conduct pro bono career counselling sessions for the school and college students. In the process, he motivated and guided thousands of school and college students. He is a keen sportsman. He plays Squash and Golf and runs Half Marathons regularly. He is also fond of reading and writing.

Captain Anil Kumar Khare is a former Indian Army officer and a distinguished retired Indian Forest Service (IFS) officer who has devoted his career to leadership, public service, and nation-building. During his illustrious career, he served in several key positions in the Government of Madhya Pradesh, including Secretary, Forest Department, and Advisor to the State Planning Commission. He also served as Professor at the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal, contributing to the development of future leaders and professionals. With first-hand experience of military life and decades of administrative leadership, Captain Khare mentors aspirants preparing for the National Defence Academy (NDA), Combined Defence Services (CDS), AFCAT, SSB interviews, and other defence services examinations. His guidance extends beyond academics to developing officer-like qualities, leadership, integrity, discipline, communication skills, decision-making, and a deep commitment to the nation. He firmly believes that success in the Armed Forces demands not only intellectual excellence but also character, courage, resilience, and a spirit of selfless service. Through his mentorship, he inspires young men and women to realise their potential and prepare themselves for the honour and responsibility of wearing the uniform.

(Civil Engineering), M.Tech, B.Ed., and M.Sc. in Mathematics, he combines academic excellence with practical teaching expertise. With 5+ years of specialized experience in NDA Mathematics coaching, he has successfully guided numerous aspirants to achieve their goals through concept-based learning, smart problem-solving techniques, and result-oriented mentoring. He is empowering students with confidence, clarity, and the skills to succeed in the examinations.

A postgraduate in Chemistry. Has 25+ Years of Teaching experience. Mr Sunil Shakya has a very lucid style of teaching Chemistry which makes his lectures very interesting. He has successfully mentored thousands of students preparing for competitive examinations especially NDA & CDS.

He is dedicated to making Physics simple, conceptual, interesting and result-oriented through interactive teaching for CBSE, NDA, JEE, NEET and other competitive exam aspirants.
